Mark Clancy started Clancy Builders in 1995 after learning his craft under the likes of Dave Manning and Ray Castano. It was under their guidance that he first came to appreciate the value of both a solid frame and solid character.

As Clancy Builders, Mark and his crews framed landmark buildings, created dream homes and transformed living spaces all over the Cape, the Islands, and beyond. He even had the opportunity to pass on bits of Ray Castano’s paternal wisdom to Ray’s three sons as they worked their way through Mark’s company.

Today, Clancy Homes continues to evolve. Customers have changed and are asking for more and different services. New materials and regulations are transforming the building industry on Cape Cod. Even the climate is changing! And so, with enthusiasm and anticipation, Clancy Homes does too. Still, some things, like a solid frame and solid character, will always stand the test of time.
